Document Solutions hosts an annual photo contest that current and retired employees can participate in statewide. After conducting an internal poll, the chosen theme for the 2022 contest was Hidden Gems of Tennessee. I co-chaired as project manager and served as lead designer. We developed a project timeline and curated a small committee to determine the winning items that could print in-house, photo submission and judging, and a virtual awards ceremony. Our team decided on a pocket calendar and planner featuring 12 winning submissions for each month of the year, an 11x17 poster of their photo, and a certificate of achievement. In addition, a grand prize winner would receive an augmented reality experience feature on the front cover. We received more than 150 entries, and our virtual awards ceremony had over 200 attendees.
